The Opportunity‍

Ingage partnered with Possip, an AI-Driven Education survey startup, to help them better scale their business, as they add on new school systems. They needed improvements to the employee experience; to reduce the time it takes for their employees to enhance the AI-driven categorization and finalize weekly reports for their customers.

The Project

‍We listened to the product team’s assessment of user feedback and improvement ideas. We conducted user interviews, and compiled a list of findings and recommendations. We created a prototype in Figma, and reviewed the early prototype with users and product team, so we could provide feasible, gradual steps that would lead to big improvements.

The Results‍

Possip was thrilled with the results! Possip was thrilled with the results! Their employees loved the new streamlined workflow and the new iconography, which allowed them to quickly distinguish between different categories. This resulted in a 50% reduction on time spent creating reports, enabling this startup to scale more efficiently.While this was a smaller-sized effort, the impact was large.
