Software changes what someone’s day is like. Done well, it gives a field technician offline access to order parts, helps a caregiver complete a referral faster, and leaves a team with capability they keep after we go. What the work earns moves in the same direction: creating pathways into technology careers for people who did not have one, and returning time and money to the community we call home.
