Professional Experience

Shannon facilitates the creation of smarter customer experiences for product and digital leaders. She combines 10 years of IT software development consulting and leadership with 10 years of global digital agency experience creating digital products. She is a life-long learner that seeks new approaches, embraces challenges, and brings empathy and clarity of purpose to inspire and motivate teams. She co-leads our Design Practice Area and is certified as a design sprint facilitator, agile process owner, agile coach, and scrum master. 

At Ingage, Shannon equips our Design Practice Area with the facilitation toolkit to help our clients problem-solve their biggest business challenges through collaborative design sprints and prototype development. We also help agile teams align and integrate their user-centered design process with the Scrum process. Using empathy and research, we arm teams with the focus and motivation to quickly deliver conscientious solutions customers love to use. 

Personal Background

As National Speaker Chair of Together Digital, Shannon mentors, speaks, and provides tools to help raise the confidence of women in digital. A former NKU Hall-of-Fame athlete, Shannon is VP of the Go Norse Fund Executive board and a volunteer basketball and volleyball elementary coach for Beechwood Elementary. Shannon is a proud mom to two strong girls, enjoys practicing yoga, and walks with their Norwegian Buhund dog. She and her husband, Adam, enjoy traveling and staying involved as coaches across soccer, basketball, and volleyball for their youngest daughter. 

Education

Shannon graduated magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University with a Computer Science and Mathematics degree, and an honors minor, while earning the most outstanding senior in Computer Science and Mathematics.
