Professional Experience
Angie is a user-focused problem solver with more than 18 years of combined industry and IT experience. Her background in finance, business analysis, product and project management gives her a unique perspective to deliver solutions that meet both the needs of end users and the business. Beginning her career in Finance, she quickly discovered her love for improving processes and partnering with technology teams to build effective solutions.
Since starting with Ingage in 2014, Angie has applied her broad background to lead and deliver solutions that offer the highest value and customer engagement. As one of Ingage’s Design Practice Leads, Angie is focused on equipping the team to understand the heart of what is driving user behavior in order to solve complex business problems. Using proven techniques for business research, stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation and user story development, the team advances business potential and user-focused solutions.
Personal Background
Angie is married with two teenagers. An avid outdoors family, you might see them cruising around in their motorhome visiting favorite State and National Parks. One of her favorite non-profit events is organizing the Southwest Ohio Give Camp, a weekend long serving blitz where technology professionals donate their time to serve the technology needs of local non-profits.
Education
Angie graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Xavier University.
